Not up to the usual standard

The Organisation of the cource was not as erwartet - The voucher for online the exam has been issued for UK only not for Germany - there were very littel time to prepare really for exam - during the training there were not a lot of real example of exam question or similar Only very simple example which does not bring to the passing of examBut the trainer was very good Thanx for that KRSergey

More practical examples

Not as helpful as I thought it would be Having travelled down from Scotland for the classroom based learning previously done online and found it not too helpful I was disappointed that the instructor did not fully engage with us until almost end of day 2 and when it came to the test there were a lot of areas which were not covered at all by the instructor This was an expensive course and exam which took me away from my work but I don t feel this time I got anywhere near value for money and as a result I did not pass extremely disappointed in both the instructor and the content of the training which I feel should have been more up to date with what ISACA were asking in the exam i e technical questions

CCSP in class

Overall experience was good however i would have appreciated more hands on experience with practical examples and detailed information as opposed to references to the e--book every time a question was asked

Not perfect

We registered for London training center but the course took place in Cambridge Starting with accommodation experience it was one of the worst hotels i stayed in The room service was so bad and the room was full of insects the restaurant menu options were very too limited and repetitive Back to the course the trainer was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the course material The only issue i faced was that when he asks a question and someone answers he assumes everyone is on the same page and proceed without taking us throw it

The course material is rushed through

Not as expected from a certified instructor of Microsfot Their license was also expired so about 4 days we did not access all the features of microsoft dynamics They did not share the slides too The labs had many issues The examples by the instructor was not 100 clear but he was open to feedback and cared about everyone The course was very compact and did not cover everything

Delay in getting exam prep learning mentors one bad one good

The course material is rushed through so fast it doesn t allow time for you to actually absorb process and understand Pre-course material was not clear as to what we had to do

Mixed results

My apprenticeship at the start was difficult mainly because the support from the learning mentors wasn t there The marking procedures were questionable too when it comes to preparing for exams it took long to get resources for the exams one example was getting the resources a week late the exam date was not extended for a week either One redemption was being assigned a different learning mentor that was Perran James I feel like he did a great job in helping me achieve my apprenticeship when I was struggling

Firebrands idea of training

I have trained with Firebrand three times now and overall the results are mixed They are quick to backtrack when there are issues Overall I would say it is not worth the money and I would explore other options first

Teacher was competent but he was

Firebrands idea of training is to give you 3-4 days that are 9 full hours of information being fed to you and you needing to remember it Or watching 35-40 hours of online videos and memorizing that If this is your learning style then perfect if not it will be a challenge That being said the instructors are good teachers and very patient understanding
S

Apprentership

Teacher was competent but he was showing and talking aboutmany irrelevent things instead of concentrating on the course and quiestions about that
