Great company as a partner of many years it has evolved and changed The products are better and the reliablility rivals any others out there You don t need a sip trunk fancy phone systems you can just plug and play and away you go The mobile app is a bit laggy on some networks and annoying when someone is calling in but that can be fixed by tweaking the notification settings on android and ios the desktop app for mac windows is a good move and works really really well People complaining about billing contract end dates i find are just people who always wants to complain we ve had no issues at all

Excellent service

I have a very basic phone line for my business with Firstcomeurope and they have been very helpful every time there has been problems with the line The trees further up the lane hit the line as they grow taller and every two or three years I get crackling and no dialling tone on and off in windy conditions They deal with the intermittent fault straight away and very efficiently They have not tried to charge me for a visit to check whether the fault was inside the building unlike other providers
