Very competent and quick service at a great price
Our Wildenburg Cargo-E-Bike broke down suddenly and already the day after we contacted them Fixmybike sent a friendly and capable mechanic who explained in simple terms what the issue was He then took the bike to their workshop and a two days later we were up and running again This was a true lifesaver since we are dependant on the bike and Wildenburg s customer service is sadly not service-minded at all Thank you Fixmybike for sorting us out and at a reasonable price too
