Everything was really good

I would have given 5 stars as I was very pleased with the service except that I was not contacted at all by the courier as to when to expect my delivery which resulted in me missing the first delivery as I was having my Booster COVID jab No calling card left at my address I notified the courier that I would be in the next day Again I had no contact from the courier and I was knocked up from bed at 9 00 as I had a very bad night with the effects of the COVID jab and not feeling very good at all The courier however did put the delivery in the passage as I could never have managed it p s I downloaded the recommended App which was useless The information given was useless

convenient way to get milk

Everything was really good price delivery customer service but unfortunately it was sweeter than my usual lactofree so that s why I m not continuing to order it

Unavoidable circumstances

We order just milk for our staff drinks and they like the skimmed variety Ordering is simple and correspondence is always good The delivery arrives well packaged

The Float Lactofree milk I have no

Due to circumstances beyond their control Float were unable to complete their delivery but immediately arranged a prompt repayment of my funds This demonstrated excellent proactive Customer Service so I am pleased and would recommend them to any other interested party

Lovely milk smelly boxes

The Float Lactofree milk I have no problem with at all I use it because I m lactose intolerant and if I have to use normal standard milk I am ill so I depend on it However I have constant problems with the delivery December s milk was due on 23 December but I did not receive it until 28 December I was going away for Christmas to stay with my Son which resulted in my Son having to search around for Lactose free milk before I arrived as I did not have any left

I asked for a delivery of milk and it

My delivery went missing and when it arrived the boxes had been left somewhere there was damp mould the smell was awful Luckily as usual there was nothing wrong with the milk after removal from the boxes I am enjoying my cuppas I do not believe that the cause or the smelly boxes were down to Float Delivery as anything can happen once it has left them

I would ve given a 5 star but this time

I asked for a delivery of milk and it arrived within a couple of days My only concern was the use by date on my semi skimmed milk June 2023 compared to skimmed which was August 2023 Hopefully the dates will be better when I get some next time

Better packaging

I would ve given a 5 star but this time around it took them longer to deliver my order
