SCAM I received two shoe stretchers I ordered from them and the items worked perfectly However one week later I was charged a recurring charge of 39 99 for something I didn t order or approve I am disputing charges with my bank SCAM SCAM SCAM

This company is horrible

This company is horrible I made a purchase in February 2024 and they are still charging me for receiving just horrible and company need legal action taken towards them being a scammer stealing people money had to contact my bank in regards to these purchases Everyone must report them

BEWARE THEIR SUBSCRIPTION SCAM

This website is dishonest in their approach to a simple purchase They have in their fine print a monthly subscription of 39 98 You get nothing for it but a recurring charge I bought one shoe shaper from them in October of 2023 and they auto enrolled and charged me every month till I caught it in March of this year They are underhanded in their business practices BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY

Don t buy from this fraudulent company

Don t buy from this fraudulent company I placed one and got message my card was denied entered second card and said that card was denied placed order on Amazon and was completely satisfied with product Could not contact anyone with this company Ended up paying for 2 orders even though their website said my cards were denied If you are feeling like you want a good screwing place an order I had to cancel both credit cards and wait five days for new ones Do not buy from these people I will contact bbb and report these scammers

Update 11-10-2024American Express refunded my money As I stated if you re going to do business online do business through American Express They are the best credit card company in my humble opinion Like many others here I ordered a shoe stretcher received the shoe stretcher which is a decent quality product but then several weeks after was billed another charge for a subscription-based product that they sell Never signed up never even clicked on the link they sent me in a confirming email which never stated what the product was At that point I searched them online found trust pilot review and realized I made a big mistake ordering from this company sent them an email tried to cancel never got a response they did ship the product quickly and I received it This company in my humble opinion is committing credit card fraud so I reported them to the FTC Federal trade commission and I suggest everybody else do the same It depends which credit card you purchased this product on some will reverse it immediately and bill back the company some won t do this so quickly I ve learned over many years only purchase online purchases with American Express Not endorsing the company but they will always take your side

I ordered a shoe stretcher from PremiumFoot com around January 2024 I never received it and figured that the order never went through My wife just noticed that they are charging my credit card 39 95 per month since I order it Either they are incompetent or a scammer

Premiumfoot com is a total scam SCAM Tried to buy two wood shoe stretchers for 39 and it enrolled me into a monthly subscription WT F This is another one of those fine print scams Instead of being straight forward on the cost of their items they resort to trickery You f---d with the wrong consumer I am filing the appropriate paperwork with the Attorneys General for the state of Florida I will also seek appropriate federal legal action since they are doing to across state lines in my case I can only imagine how many senior citizens are falling for this bulls--t and will be putting a stop to it I am also hiring a a PI to uncover any other operations this scammer is running
