Great support and Blue-Iris CCTV software is half price

An existing camera had to be replaced after several years and I also needed to solve a problem with Foscam apps which the Chinese HQ could not sort out Sam at Foscam UK solved the apps problem with an easy solution saving me long-winded email conversations with the very willing support in China and ordering the improved new model was easy and efficient My advice is do buy your equipment from Foscam UK where you get support when you need it

I ordered a camera for my Home Assistant server - it was shipped and delivered quickly I really appreciate them using DHL instead of Evri The product works well and as advertised and I had no problem in disconnecting it from the internet and having it run locally which is quite important for a camera I didn t have pleasure of contacting the customer support though The product page had sufficient amount of information so there was no need for me to contact them
