This is a complete scam artist I will take your money I would gaslight you with emails telling you that your package is with a courier which they don t know the name of I m in the process of reporting them to trading standards and I suggest that nobody do business with this establishment unless you don t mind losing your money

I wish I could ve given zero stars to these scammers I ordered a pair of trainers from them around end of April and was told delivery will be with in 10 days I emailed them first week of April about my deliver and their reply was it s not their responsibility anymore since shoes were sent to you The responsibility is on the courier company It s been over a month and still I haven t recieved my delivery and Francesca are not even bothered replying back to my emails anymore I just wanted to let everyone else know not to buy anything from their website because it s just a scam

Avoid online sales and remember if it seems to good to be true then it probably is As every other review on here over a month since I ordered my goods 80 I have emailed a couple of times to see where my goods are I fully understand that shipping abroad takes longer but the fact they they cant or wont confirm my order has processed and shipped they will not tell me the shipping company or supply me with a tracking number There emails are RUDE and now they are just not responding Its a shame that Facebook doesn t get more involved to control scammers using their site Save your money or go into a high street shop

This is scam Today i got this e-mail We have been experiencing problems in Customs we have had many requests to prove the provenance of the parcel and to prove that it is an Online purchase made by one of our UK resident customers We will need your help to clear the parcel from Customs you will need to send proof of residence utility bill bank statement and proof of purchase even a screenshot where your name and order number should be visible in order to clear the parcel and receive it as soon as possible Avoid we should inform Police about this its hounder s ppl not get an items

It has turned into a scam I made sure to read the return policy before ordering because I won t order online if I can t return for obvious reasons Only after paying for my items I find out they re non refundable I ordered my items 10 days ago and still have not received them I ordered a dress for an occasion but it won t be here in time after waiting for an hour for customer service they just tell me over and over my package is on the way Unfortunately my only option is to dispute the transaction

This store is horrible They don t tell you or written anywhere on the receipt of the returning police They expect you to go online and read about it So they would not let me to return it for what I paid for even within 30 days I called customer service the rep was rude and service was poor I will never shopped there again

Francesca-outlet com advertise expensive brand products with huge offer after you pay they ll run away and never sends your order So do not try to order from this type of unknown websites Google and other popular social media should not allow this type of fraud companies to advertise or boost them without doing any investigation

This company is definitely a scam Same as a lot of others are experiencing Ordered on 25 4 have emailed 4 times with a generic response and then they emailed to say they would send courier detail but haven t Safe to say I have lost my money If a company has all these complaints or fake company why on earth are they still allow to advertise as a company shows how poor our regulations are and slow responsiveness to complaints Ridiculous please do not buy from this site
