Alex was brilliant he worked around my hectic schedule and did a fantastic job My spa is now back to its original condition and working perfectly He even fixed the waterfall which I had assumed would be broken forever Thanks again

Totally trustworthy and decent

I called Freedom Spas because my tub had sprung a leak from a pipe Alex was really helpful on the phone and managed to squeeze in a visit to diagnose the fault for me between his other customers I was expecting him to say it would be weeks but it was only a couple ofdays before he got to me He was immediately able to find what was wrong and even pointed me in the right direction to purchase the right bit to fix it He was courteous and easy going and most of all trustworthy I ve not used him before - I don t know him but I felt it was important to write this review because his service was so exceptional I won t use anyone else now

Alex serviced our jacuzzi today I thought his inter personal style was excellent He provided excellent support and advice in relation to maintaining the jacuzzi and had the patience to explain things to me His work was first rate We will use him again and I would happily recommend him

BThe digital display on our hot tub touch control panel had stopped working Alex responded to our enquiry very quickly but could not find a replacement I managed to source one on Amazon and again Alex arrived to fit it very promptly The time from our initial enquiry to the completion of the job all happened within a week We are delighted with the outcome Thank you Alex

Alex was amazing our hot tub had been broken for 3 months and needed a new pump Two other companies I d tried had given me the run around and we went through summer without using it till I found Freedom Spas details Alex was round in less than a week since I contacted him brought a new pump with him and fixed it that day We couldn t have been more impressed Reasonable rates and very politely and friendly would definitely use the company in the future- thank you very much
