I have been a customer of FV for over 6 years but really not using it to my advantage I needed to call them today to ask how to set up my voice message because I forgot Brenda was so helpful to me today Once she got me access back into my account and assisted me with what I needed she surprised me in informing me with my account I had unlimited texting sending and receiving in which I was so glad because of the new adventure that I m doing I thought I had to get another company for texting She assisted me with SMS registration as well as she blew me away by informing me that FV has an app in which I can use my FV number to contact people up to 400 minutes a month OMG I m so glad that I was able to get her and she assisted me and made my day One last thing she even informed me that I have access to FAX in FV Wow this has been a great day for me Thank you Freedom Choice for a great support team Brenda you re the BEST
