Order never delivered

On march 8 2024 I ordered solar eclipse sunglasses The payment was collected and delivered confirmed to be March 22 - April 1 The delivery has been delayed almost every third day and now on June 3rd 2024 the order has still not been delivered Fruugo s CS does reply either when I tried to cancel the order and get my money refunded I would not recommend anyone to use this trading platform as they have no liability for the delivery

Do not shop from here All products are fake they get shipped in from China they have the worst quality Items never arrive on time AND YOU CAN NOT RETURN IT - YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING LABEL IN CHINA IT COST MORE THAN WHAT YOU PAID ON PRODUCTS Customer service is useless - you can beef reach them by phone Horrible experience

I paid but didn t receive anything

I ordered a mirror and waited more than 20 days After the expected delivery date has passed I wrote them an email about that I had not received the item I received a reply that due to a shipping error my item was delivered to the wrong address and that a new one would be sent to me within 48 hours After that they stopped replying to my emails I received no notification about the shipment such as if it was shipped at all or if I would be refunded for the order It was my worst experience in Denmark as a tourist visiting her friends there

The payment was withdrawn from my account as soon as the order was placed before the items were shipped Then a week later I get notified that the items are out of stock and I ll get my money back at some point I m not impressed One positive thing though I had a question when I placed the order and got excellent assistance from customer support that part worked well
