I didn t get What I ordert from china But a kopi wantet to return it Wrote to Fruugo got an answer the next Day and my money was returned on my acount withinn 4 days I didn t even have to sent the produkt back to China Quick respond and very friendly Was expecting a lot of trouble me Living ind Denmark and trying to get my money back from a firm in China

Simple and easy Sometimes it can be a little confusing when a third party is the actual vendor but it works just fine and the products always show up sooo fast

I ordered to Denmark Everything was easy It took about 3 weeks to deliver but I expected that I could follow my package online In the start I was skeptical but now I have no problem ordering from fruugo again

Surprisingly easy to find the part I

Surprisingly easy to find the part I needed for my DJI drone I was getting emails constantly about the shipping The shipping took a week from somewhere in China I just closed my eyes and trusted the system and all went well I have fixed my DJI mini 3 even though the description was for the mini 3 pro I was sure the part could fit and I was right

Good Customer Service experience

My order arrived fast enough it was delivered from China and it was very well packed Unfortunately a small component of the order had a production mistake it was missing the thread so it cannot be assembled with the other component I contact Customer Service Kelly is the name of the person that answer to my inquiry and they delivered a new component this time was a good one so my problem was solved Despite of the fact I had to wait aprox 2 weeks until I can use the item I was fairly satisfied how they solve the problem
