Order on 1 Nov and order was canceled on 2 Nov and have written to seller and fruugo and still haven t got my money back here 20 days later

I ordered a product on the website I registered the correct address I still have that in the order confirmation email that I got Fruugo sent the product but they did not put the correct address Product is returned by the post company because they did not have my address This is not only logged in the order traking on the post company it is even stated in the order tracking on Fruugo website itself but they are not accepting if you look here tracking dot fruugo dot com you can see the the order CA790789376DE was first sent from Germany came to Denmark and then again in the 8th of June it is returned and 10th of Jun is delivered in Germany Customer service has no phone line They stopped answering my email when U sent them sceenshots from their own website that shows the product is returned I lost my money but I learned my lesson to not to trade with such businesses This is strange to me bacause I have bought from Fruugo several time and never had a problem that is why I gave 2 stars I think the management is changed and the polecy of the new manager is not based on honesty

I bought a tag for my cat s collar and it was supposed to have his name and my phone number engraved on it It arrived from Hong Kong blank no information The website should make it clear the provenance of my order and make it clear what exactly is the product they re selling

I bought a kenough shirt and I am a bit disappointed by the quality and I ordered it in XL and it s still too small for me so it seems more like a size medium in Europe and it took forever to arrive So I will probably not buy from fruugo again Reminds me of something I could have bought from wish

The company and the online site works fine and accordingly to general expectations However the product Celyn Eyecream doesn t do sheijt for you And comparing to the live adds on SoMe this creme seems to be an instant miracle However I m sure the creme within my purchase appears to be different Both in color texture and again lack of any effect
