Generally they seem to deliver what they promise but be careful I have purchased a 12 volt 100Watt solar panel with a regulator The regulator cannot be powered by the solar panel - as the solar panel only provides 5 4volts it actually says so on the back - intended for usb recharging and also it is about 1 10th the size of a 375watt panel and I doubt it would provide 100 watts even under optional conditions However I was informed the delivery was the correct unit though it does not supply the power indicated Even the supplied regulator cannot be powered up by the panel I m in the process of asking for a refund This may not be a fruugo problem but rather one of their suppliers update 22 12 2023I ve given up on this product as I ve been in dialog for a long time they claim it as it should be and provides 100w at 12 volts though it clearly says 5 4volts on the device confirmed by measurements and the size is way too small for 100 watts So they do not see a problem with the product

I got my ordrer but because it is from China it takes time So in my situation where I should use something to my bike I had to by that things another place in same moment I got that part from Fruugo

Phone I bought came and it was a plastic can it worked 4 short time bad product died fast but I got full refund so I don t know what to say just lost time and waste if resources I am so sorry that they are using all that stuff for something like this

The product quality and price are all good but the only drawback is the transportation It took 14days more than the date fruugo told me my package will arrive and when I wanted to make an inquiry the site had an unexpected error

Ordered dried lavender sadly the product looked nothing like the picture and there was so much dust i would not recommend the product but was glad Casey from customer services refunded my money

Cheap clothing The overalls with mittens that I ordered size S had completely different dimensions on the website The suit is more XXS the mittens have room for HALF A THUMB too big for XL hands However the customer service is really good Charlie contacted me immediately and resolved the issue within a few days

4 5 is the best I can give considered I recieved the wrong item wrong size model of a phone holder for the car I made a claim and the shop asked for photo evidence wich I gave them So they sended me a new and correct one free of charge without wanting the 1 item back They made a mistake and I now have 2 phone holders the one I couldnt use my friend got for free Thank you

Delivery times on Fruugo is always pretty long but if you are accepting this fact I really like the selection they have They have stuff on their site not able to get elsewhere like
