Having recently joined as a new customer we have been impressed with the level of customer service we have been shown Our account manager Josh Robinson has been very helpful in ensuring that we have the right fuel cards to work for the business Most importantly when he says he will call back he actually does

We opened an account with The Fuelcard Company about a month ago and due to the help of Kai Carrier who was very helpful and it all went very smoothly Since then he has contact a couple of times to make sure we are happy with the service

I recently applied for an Allstar fuel card online on completion I was told that I would be contacted to finalise the application I received a call from Tom Miles who asked if I was free to speak but unfortunately I was not at that time we agreed to speak a couple of days later Tom called on time and and explained my options very clearly After a discussion with Tom I decided which option and he made the rest of the application very easy My experience with Tom and Allstar was excellent and based on this I would highly recommend them to my friends and business acquaintances

Great Fuel company after we sought a different provider We had numerous issues with previous provider about reaching limit even when we hadnt However Stuart Sharland and his team from the Key fuels provided a meaningful alternative Service is great and have recommended them to friends for their good service

We ve used The Fuel Card Company Lindsay for a couple of years now The service we have received has been good they have been very proactive when cards were identified as being used in sites that had fraudulent activity stopping them and cards replaced quickly We ve found their price good too Would recommend
