Process works pretty smoothly but

Process works pretty smoothly but there is an oddity in that they issue the weekly price and every week I have to ask our account manager to review it Having said that Amy Speight is responsive and deals with our requests efficiently

Amber was very helpful in showing me how to find out which sites had surcharges Still not good that these surcharges exist but at least we have a chance of finding out if we will be charged now
