Diabolical AVOID Sold the dream by the sales team As soon as they have you on account the price shoots up to above the pump price Their website does not work correctly does not tell you which sites you can use correctly and sites on the list then don t work when you come to pay so drivers need to pay out of pocket When you email customer services don t expect a reply for at least a month on numerous occasions you have to ring a premium rate number to speak to customer services unless you ring the new customer number and ask to be transferred take your money on account then takes 3 weeks to return it to you when you close your account You also have to pay a surcharge at some sites which they do not tell you about Switched to another company who are 12p per litre cheaper ignore the price they give you when you sign up because it will shoot up once they got you thinking you wont notice Oh and also keep an eye on your invoices and account because it does not seem to match up

Please avoid this unscrupulous company at all costs At the start of our time I was given a price under the normal pump price to get us onboard Gradually the price got higher than the normal pump price and regrettably I didn t check the price emailed to me weekly so please don t make the same mistake I made I just assumed I was getting a good deal so didn t check I contacted them about this and they refused to reimburse the money overcharged and couldn t give me a legitimate answer why we was paying such a high price At the time the high street price of Derv was 1 37 per litre I was being charged 2 08 per litre The final straw was if I was a new customer I would have been charged 1 09 plus vat per litre thus being penalised for being loyal I take some responsibility for not checking the price again I just assumed we were getting a good deal Plus they add on extras like Zero Liability Charges extended payment terms and eco point charges which we never requested

This company charges you 20 more than you would pay if you bought it yourself at the petrol station At the beginning they offer you good price that will increase slowly every week so you don t perceive it Basically you ll be paying 20 vat at the petrol station and another 20 vat for the fuelcard company on top of the price Without this fuelcard our business would save 20 We lost so much money

1 star is overrated As a small business after using them for many years we didn t notice we were being vastly overcharged Like idiots AssUMed we were paying pump prices Recent costs were 2 per ltr inc VAT plus 30 charges per month They couldn t provide any excuse to justify that amount just that their team regularly reviewed the prices and various considerations were made when calculating the costs to ensure they were competitive NOT They finally offered to reduce to 1 65 per ltr Needless to say we have closed our account and now have a new provider at 72p pl cheaper than we were paying Feel embarrassed its our own fault for not noticing so a warning for others to regularly check their pricing Don t even want to think about how much money we ve been overcharged over the years It s a total rip off Be warned

AVOID AVOID AVOID Absolute sham of a company After speaking to our account manager who informed me back in May that there d be no additional charges on our account it has come to my attention that there has been extra charges every month we should have checked we were told by somebody else that all charges would be refunded credited to our account Today I have received a 398 plus vat invoice for card charges and non use of cards We have also reported the company to the ICO for breach of GDPR At no point have we been informed that our conversations have been recorded Our account managers response when I said I would be doing this was well have you got anything in writing If you have had dealings with this company and haven t been notified of the recordings then I would advise making a complaint to the ICO as this will be taken very seriously

Total scam and con However I Have successfully taken them to court for a full refund Please Please do the same They had added hundreds of charges to my account without my approval or acknowledgment They send emails hidden that look like adverts with and automatic increase in services then have an opt out button if you don t click on automatically add fees to your bill They started off charging less for fuel than direct at the pump then now it s way more expensive Cancel your cards ASAPI gave them a week to refund me over 850 and they refused I paid 70 through the small claims court and they emailed me in days to settle out of court They tried to get me to sign a gagging order to stop this review and I refused to accept it They settled the claim in full one week later under my terms not there s They know exactly what they are doing and I hope more people take them to court off the back of my success m avoid at all costs

What a disaster As business owner I take a lot of companies on there word and trust this scam artist company offer money saving and fuel discounts then dishonesty add unwanted services to your bill I have also been DIHONESTLY BILLED over 600 in the last year with add ons I didn t want nor would ever sign up to They have until today Friday the 15th November to give me a refund OR I WIL BE SEEKING A LEGAL SOLUTION

AVOID ADDED A STEALTH ANNUAL FEE WITHOUT NOTIFICATION All these companies appear to be the same Slowly adding fees in the hope customers wont notice Added a 24 99 charge to my account with no notice claiming its an annual fee but not giving me the option to decide if I want to stay for another year at that cost I didn t Refused to return the money despite me cancelling the account prior to the fee being taken Scam like most of the fuel card companies out there In response to your reply This was clearly not optional and was as I have made clear taken without my consent and against my instruction not to take the fee without prior notice or agreement

AVOID THIS COMPANYSigned up over 18 months ago by a sales rep on the basis of you won t pay more than the pump price Over the last 3 months our fleet has grown and upon our December invoice we checked our fuel bill We have been being charged around 1 85 a litre plus VAT by the company that promised us the best rate 1 16 per litre at our local garage We have also ended up paying 70 for cards sent out due to the old ones expiring I have worked out over the last 3 months we have lost 1800 by using these cards and not just filling up at our local fuel station We have been paying more per litre than on a motorway service station We have been na ve by not looking into this sooner but as a business you would expect that if you have fuel cards for a business using 100s of litres a month that you would be on the best price The customer service team don t care and I knew that we wouldn t get anything back due to our naivety but if you are reading this DO NOT SIGN UP to this company

SCAM SCAM SCAM - Do not use this company We were orignally with a fuelcard company and were happy A sales rep from The Fuelcard Company sold us the dream his exact words were You will never pay more than the pump price Months passed and we never even thought to check our invoices as we were told from the get go it would always be cheaper Upon recent review we have realised they have been overcharging excessively Upon confronting this business we were told that our sales rep is only valid for 3 months to manage our pricing after this it s down to ourselves to contact to get the best price we were NEVER once told this They have added hidden charges monthly that we never agreed to and we never got the option to opt out They even charged us 70 to send us new fuel cards after ours had expired We are a small family run business and use fuel very regularly and this company has cost us ALOT of money Upon reading recent reviews it is clear this is common practice for this company and after speaking to the team on the phone they could not care less We will be taking legal action as this company has not offered any refund
