Although indicated as in stock when order was placed Furniture Direct emailed four days later to advise that no stock was available Refund accepted Process handled well but obviously disappointed However this review follows an email two months later asking me to review my purchase

Incomplete goods

Sent a suite with armchair backrest missing after numerous emails and phone calls they sent wrong replacement I ordered a Vegas suite with hard back backrest they sent a king of verona scatterback insisting they are one and same keep getting told to contact by email and keep getting run around

Uncaring seller

The table had been mistreated in transit Part of it had come apart and a hinge was badly bent I let the seller know and sent photos They didn t even reply

Avoid this useless company at all costs

Inept company the bad reviews are true I ordered furniture a month ago 2 weeks delivery waiting time nothing came now 4 weeks have passed I have emailed these fraudsters multiple times no replies at all Tried calling there fraud hotline again all you get is the mailbox is full Pleased I purchased on a credit card incase this website is a scam as at this moment I have absolutely no idea AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I have had to chase twice for a delivery date and have still not had this confirmed so have not yet received the items which were ordered and paid for three weeks ago

Awful customer experience

Took about 6 weeks to deliver Driver wanted to dump a bedroom cupboard in the lounge He insisted delivery instructions are on the website I would have paid extra at the time of purchase if I d realised instead had to give driver 20 cash He then roughly carried it upstairs I only realised it was damaged when my partner came home and helped me get the cardboard off Cardboard full of dust all over my house

Very poor service

Very poor service I had to contact the company on multiple occasions to chase delivery All 3 items of furniture were damaged Supposed to be redelivered but only one item was redelivered A real saga Eventually accepted a discount on the other 2 items just to get it over with Unprofessional throughout I would not use them again

I ve been waiting for my dining table and chairs for a few month don t mind the wait but I ve paid a lot of money and had no more advice on the item which is a concern they should of at least kept me informed what is happening very disappointed
