the bed is beautiful it took a long time to be delivered but I was expecting this as this was over christmas and new year periodmy only concern the draw in the bed was not fitted with appropriate holes equipment it was pretty much at the end of assembling the bed we figure out a solution but would advice the maker to review the bed car drawer

Product and price ok but delivery very awfull Got four intervals in four different days that weren t even attempted even if I was on premises Support very bad aswell No flexibility at all regarding interval delivery In the end up they left the package in front of door without me having the posibility to check it Fortunately the product was undamaged I would not order in the future

Item on website said is available for next day delivery so bought as my mother needed a day bed asap because if knee operation Purchased then was told item is out of stock and will be delivered in 3 weeks Called to ask on date they gave me to see when in stock only to be told item wouldn t be delivered until April Website needs updating when items not available Not a great experience

Nice item but shame about the delivery issues I phoned twice to get an update on a delivery date Each time I was told I would get a call the next day I didn t When I finally did get a call they said they d deliver in the afternoon and confirmed it would be after 1pm But they turned up at 11am instead when I was out I don t think I ll order from Furniture Direct again Not worth the hassle

Contact after placing the order was sporadic and needed a lot of prompting to check the progress of my order

Time for delivery was a really large window anytime after 2pm and the furniture wasn t delivered until 6pm there are a few scuffs and marks on the draws which were packaged in the middle of a package so these must have been marked before packaged

The product was well packed and in perfect condition However the company ignore my live chat messages and emails As this was a new company I was dealing with I was concerned about their reliability We waited for the allocated delivery expected any time p m on the Saturday Eventually we had a late call from the driver who said he couldn t make it as they were running behind Then when I complained having got rid of my old desk I now had none he added they had broken down I cancelled my order by live chat and email This was ignored and when I phoned I was told they had sent it - making use of a courier To cut a very long story short we received the desk 10 00 p m on the Tuesday night It seemed the courier team had been delivering from early a m to late night I think this company distribution policy is their Achilles heel and they really need to address this to get 5 stars

Happy with the website and delivery The sideboard arrived on time However the box it was delivered in stank and so did the sideboard I can t get the smell out of sideboard so I can t store food in it which was its purpose So disappointed in the product as the mango wood has not been cured varnished inside the sideboard Hence dedicted 2 stars for quality of product

Turned out the table ordered was not in stock despite indications to the contrary But not sure we d have been told had I not chased the item The table was a present for my parents so disappointed that from ordering to delivery was the best part of two months I was pleased that the delivery guys that eventually brought the table carried it into my parents home they are elderly and would have struggled with it so thanks SGK Parents finally got to enjoy what is a very well made and value for money product
