Comfy high quality

The futon is large and comfy Beautiful piece I ordered 2 queen size My guests slept great It was a challenge to put together but I believe it was because of the higher quality of most futons I was also missing a couple of screws for the support for each unit as the full size only required 2 but the queen offered 4 support beams

This is the second mattress I ve ordered from Futonland went up in size for more room - the mattress gives great back support We visited the Manhattan branch and Abdul was extremely helpful - we were able to sit and test out different mattresses in the showroom We scheduled delivery based on when we moved and customer service was extremely efficient sending us a reminder of the window of delivery On the day of they delivered within the delivery time that was specified We are extremely pleased with Futonland s service and quality of mattress

This company is legit Very accommodating with the delivery date I needed quick response time to my inquiries and very customer oriented I had some problems with the bed I purchased- overall very beautiful and well made but had a few damaged areas during shipment They communicated well and remedied my issues professionally and with a positive attitude Will not hesitate to do business with them again

Very pleased with the delivery service I opted for the white glove and they were great Assembled and cleaned up all the packaging Love the Murphy bed Cabinet is heavy and well made love the rustic finish And the mattress seems very comfortable allowed it to expand and air out overnight before storing I would highly recommend Futonland and this Murphy bed
