Horrible terrible experience at Gaggenau Brasil Don t ever shop there They will not help disgusting customer service Not even the owner will try to help you All your problem zero help

1 hour 45 minutes on hold to be told the wrong information about third party repair companies not needing a work order product is under warranty Another 3 hours on the hold later and still nothing to show for it

All show no go

Bought a dishwasher from John Lewis the thing cost a fortune was useless and unreliable Gaggenau smacks of the emperors new clothes to me flashy exterior inferior interior Looks like jl no longer sell their stuff not surprised Also when I asked for a brochure an arrogant condescending person almost suggested was I the right person for their supposedly amazing products

Terrible Service

Terrible Service I bought a Bulthaup kitchen that came with a Gaggenau cooktop However the cooktop did not work The customer service department is basically non existent They tried to fix it and it failed Then they requested a video of the remaining issue I did send it over and now they are for weeks analyzing the video Stay away from Gaggenau Go for Miele Siemens what ever

Even worst than 1 star I had been so disappointed by the customer service Wine cellar was broken after only 6months They came to change it totally Sill during the replacement they make Eur5k dommage within our appartment No protection on the ground and on the wall Service customer is awful Please do not buy Gaggenau

Stay away from this brand

Stay away from this brand Worst customer service for the most expensive appliances You can t rely on them We paid more than 60 000 for appliances that needs 2 times installations because the first time didn t work And every time you have to wait more than 3 months until they show up Very frustrating

Boo for Gaggenau

I would rate at 0 if possible I own a gaggenau bs281610 combi steam oven with the same defect which occurred 3 times The glass lens in front of the halogen bulb cracks from the heat of the bulb and the heat and steam from the oven cavity Once this happens it cross out the main board which is not protected Very expensive appliance now there are no more main boards available for a known problem Gaggenau offered me an unacceptable offer of 40 off a replacement at 6000 cost This is a bad design and known to Gaggenau and they should of prepared properly instead they choose not to care Why spend 4 times what their competitors charge for horrible results from service Stay with products like Sub Wolf or Miele where they put the customer first and always have parts Thumbs down for Gaggenau which for most of their products are just a dressed up Bosch except for cooking products
