Excellent experience throughout the process Prior to purchase I had a question - phone answered quickly by a human being who didn t know the answer but said he would find out and get back to me He did within 5 to 10 minutes Once ordered my Gaggia arrived within a day or two quicker than expected I had a minor problem - phoned Call answered promptly and I was talked through how to sort the issue No problems since and I am very happy with my new Gaggia a replacement for a very old Gaggia which did me very well for years I am very happy both with my purchase and the service that I received

I recently bought a beans to cup coffee machine from Gaggia Direct and both the pre and after sale customer service was second to none Raj took the time to answer all of my questions and even set up a Zoom call to show and explain how to maintain the machine Very happy I chose this company You rarely encountered this level of service nowadays truly impressive I cannot recommend them enough

Great coffee

Purchased the best coffee machine we ve ever had Followed by 3 bags of Gaggia coffee we loved the free bag you get with the machine but thought we d try a few different brands we did but still prefer the Gaggia it doesn t have what I call a dry after taste Purchases and service both excellent

Customer service can still be good

I m new into the world of proper coffee machines I won t name the capsule machine I ve had for a year so researched which company to buy from There are various decent machine options but nothing beats good customer service and I d heard good things about Gaggia Direct I emailed got a few helpful replies from Raj and then spoke to Danny using their excellent Zoom chat earlier Super helpful informative friendly asked answered all the right questions and explained everything brilliantly That was this morning and my new machine is on its way already - the machine review is one for the manufacturer but my experience with this company so far has been flawless

Fantastic service

Bought a bean to cup automatic coffee maker from Gaggia Easy to order prompt delivery Initially coffee maker seemed to work fine but after about 10 days or so the milk frother wasn t taking up milk Contacted company Fantastic service Gave us advice which we followed and initially seemed to work The following day the same issue happened again My partner went through it all on a zoom call and company said the machine had a fault They arranged for a brand new coffee maker to be sent and original one collected at the same time The new one seems to have no issues Just love it Would 100 recommend the product and after sales

The Gaggia Espresso Evolution arrived so quickly and was packaged up well The instructions are clear and as a complete beginner I can make Espresso or cappuccino quite easily which taste so good in comparison to the coffee we has before from tassimo pods It is good to not use additional plastic and have coffee direct from packet We are more than happy that we upgraded our coffees When the next step happens getting a coffee bean grinder we would buy this from Gaggia too

Missing Item Resolved

Been using Gaggia UK for a long time for my coffee Normally they re faultless For the first time ever I had an issue with a missing item in my order this month I cannot fault the response Within days of notifying Gaggia UK the missing item was sent through no fuss with a small bonus as an apology
