Longer delivery time than advertized

Very convenient and so far happy with the products However the delivery times are never as advertised and take longer Just saw the reply Anything can happen nothing is binding Got it

I find this is a super online shop

I find this is a super online shop which delivers products on time I had started getting using Galaxus from time to time because of there efficiency and on time products deliver But the experience I had with the last product was not good The coffee that I ordered came grounded and the return policy was not very clear And the customer service team was very rude and unfriendly

Not What I Expected Disappointing Experience

The delivery time of the product was very fast However the instruction manual to assemble the product was quite complicated Some of the bolts and screws were damaged and could not be properly inserted The panel for measurements is also complicated to use

Good Service

Good Service I am very happy that you keep selling Swiss-Dog which is of an excellent quality to the tase of Chihuahuas not easy to feed This one brand will make me favourize whatever shop sells it seen that unhappily it got removed from the shops where I live The only trouble was that the box is very hard to open and I found no Tear-Line to pull-open it So if the box could be either softer or more envelop-like seen that these dogs treats are well packed by themselves anyway Thank you for your good work

The lack of patience and compassion to deliver

Les avis de la poste sont fait de tel mani re qu ils nous laisse tres peu de temps de r ceptionner le paquet 2 32 The following consignment will arrive shortly 3 31 Unfortunately we weren t able to deliver your consignmentNo message was sent when the consignment arrived downstairs and the intercom rang once and was not answered Had we not run downstairs and to the next building the package would have gone back to the post office The attitude of the Post is very unfortunate as they have no patience and are totally unwilling to deliver inside

Planzer - inappropriate delivery oversized parcel

Due to the chosen delivery company I can only give three stars The company placed the oversized parcel in my milkbox with the door open 1 4 of the box hanging out the front and so visible to anyone walking or driving by In parcel-theft season I live in a house and the extra minute to go ring the doorbell and then place the parcel at my front door would have been much safer

I received parcel-box damaged tear in outside box and what even worried is iphone box has been open at one side - label has not been attach to the iphone upper box experience it s more towards packaging i hope i received correct and fully function iphone as i ordered

Poor service and information

I ordered a bag from you You said delivery 6-7 January I called you to check if I can change the address because I was away I asked where the bag will be left if I am not at home You said it is not possible to change the address but the bag will be taken to the post The bag was not delivered on 7th I got a message that you clarify the place of my delivery How come you did not know where my order was I got a message on 8th that the bag is delivered I was not at home Where is my bag then Why did not you inform me if the bag is outside on the street or at the post
