Service always perfect execution becoming less so

One product was shipped already damaged On the other hand customer service was flawless in resolving the case as always Heavy-duty customer 160 orders in the last 4 years

fast delivery but

fast delivery items as described i deducted one star because if want to return something it s a pain I bought an item that was incorrectly described online and when i returned it they would not refund me the full amount so i use galaxus when i know it s something i will keep in that regard it s very good also note that it is not always cheaper

Great company but change your delivery partner

Galaxus are super great - I order regularly The only reason I give 4 and not 5 is because they started using Planzer to deliver - and Planzer are the worst delivery company in Switzerland - every delivery has an issue and every person I know says the same If Galaxus would just use a better delivery company like DHL the whole experience of shopping with them would be 5 star

A responsive customer service although updates would improve customer experience

I have been using Galaxus Digitec for years and like other reviewers it is my go-to retailer I bought a lot from them Only recently was this abysmal experience with several items confirmed when ordered Two weeks later when the last possible shipment date passed for several days I checked the situation The delivery date had yet to be confirmed to be clarified I expect customer service to let me know I would have found an alternative After an initial negative post on Trustpilot the company did the necessary to ship the items albeit two weeks later Galaxus customer service to enhance customer experience ensure your system warns customers when deliveries are delayed

DANGERS OF BUYING ON LINE

It would have been good to know what material the dress was made from beforehand - but perhaps I could have asked Also what arrived was a size larger than that ordered - but perhaps just as well

The ordering service was fine The only issue is delivery The parcel was left outside the building No one even rang in the door bell to notify that the parcel was delivered

Swift delivery but product specifications were not detailed

The delivery was made swiftly I ordered the freezer and it arrived within the next 14 hours which is super appreciated However after installation I observed that the below surface of the machine wasn t levelled This was a refurbished machine so I am aware that its comparison with a brand new unit is unjustified however this flaw should have been straight up mentioned in the product description If I would have known this fact prior to the purchase I would have definitely purchased a new one

Product selection is great I just wish we could choose who delivers it

I love their wide range of products and the clear description with customer reviews available too I shop here a lot and am overall very happy with Galaxus My reason for 4 stars instead of 5 stars is I find the delivery is greatly affected by which distributer they use Pflanzer are awful - totally unreliable and even if you are in they often don t ring the bell They just dump the parcel on the doorstep for it to get wet or stolen Swiss Post are much much better with good updates and tracking and they always ring the bell to handover in person Whilst I appreciate that Galaxus are not responsible for the behaviour of their shipping partners as a customer I feel we should be given the choice I personally would be happy to pay extra to be sure I will actually receive my parcel with Swiss Post

Best of Swiss online shops

I think they are great among all the swiss shops swiss shops are generally terrible with returns and customer service is generally awful even in in person shops but galaxus is the best of them all I had one not so great return experience long ago for that I pull out one star but otherwise they have always been good and so I do not have much to complain They are legit and generally professional and try very hard to be as good as possible

I ordered a backpack which was a returned item so the price was reduced However when I got to the checkout the price shot back up I tried this several times but the same result I called customer support and they helped once I explained what was happening They submitted the order on my behalf and at the original price even though it was from a third-party Their customer support was really excellent and I thank GALAXUS for their support in rectifying the situation
