After about 100 orders on digitec galaxus I must say I was mostly happy but there are three recurring serious problems and I have to cut a star for each Same day delivery is promised for most products but it was only delivered during one year in time The last three years were always late Sometimes even multiple days instead of the announced same day delivery Price cuts are advertised even when the product had a temporary price increase even for only one day This is false advertisement and illegal in Switzerland but they just don t care Wrong information in the product description was usually corrected very fast but sometimes the critical information is fixed only after more than a year For example A few Socket extensions were sold as protecting against overvoltage like from a thunderstorm or an error of the energy provider but the producer only declared a fraction of those products as supporting that feature This wrong declaration remained for at least a year after I notified galaxus about it Edit after Galaxus reply - Occasionally updated delivery dates are no concern to me and with Galaxus that was never a big issue unlike with other suppliers one for example once left me in the rain for more than a year and he s bankrupt today But here I m talking about my last 40 orders which were all late and none on time because the delivery service needed more time than advertised on your page You should really stop advertising same day delivery when they can t possibly make it - I don t bother about price fluctuations but about the wrong advertisement of price cuts after a short spike in price for the last two days - My message not reaching the right Galaxus department so you could fix your faulty information is not really my business I ve submitted it via the appropriate form via the link at the product description I will definitely still consider Galaxus for future orders but there is much room for easy improvement on their side

I ordered Roborock S3 Max but unfortunately it came without instructions the moisture resistant mat or the cleaner

The package was partially open Time to improve to seal the box properly Luckily no content was missing

I have been a customer at Galaxus since 2019 and I have spent thousands of chf there personally and in additional I used my work account to buy things from there Starting in March 2023 I started noticing that I am receiving items that have obvious signs of use when I order new item At first I accepted them at a discount after sale Then they tried to pass of a 100chf pair of headset as new while the seals were broken and there were literal dirt and dead bugs inside the box and the item which I returned and demanded a replacement and they sent me used ones 2 more times and I still don t have a refund or the product The result of this review is due to even worse a 500 chf garmin watch which turns out defective after 29 days I sent it in for warranty as advised by Garmin Instead of fixing it they send me a re-certified rusted scratched up used one Added on July 22 2023 Eventually I received a new headphones and the watch Galaxus PLEASE reconsider your repair partners and suppliers because buying from you is becoming more of loan than purchase because your supplier repair partner is screwing us customers who are unhappy with you as a result

I had a good experience with Galaxus customer service I could contact them very quickly when there was a problem with my delivery Too bad that Galaxus works with DHL which is not a trustworthy company

The product is okBut the delivery from Planzer is not okPutting the package outside the house with not ringing on our door is no acceptable Anyone could have taken the package Mikael

Products shipped and arrived quickly and correctly Would have been a better experience if shipping by 3rd party provider was delivered at the correct address

Product delivery leaves much to be desired Before purchase moderate insight is given into the expected delivery date After purchase the track and trace system lists all kinds of information except one thing about the only thing you want to know which is the delivery date Every time I wanted to log in for track and trace I had to enter a new password Moreover in my opinion it took a really long time before the products themselves were delivered 3 weeks and 1 day I had better experiences with that elsewhere in Europe and with other online shops Because it could certainly be done faster I did receive a neat e-mail though that the delivery would take longer than expected Furthermore I am not very happy with the product I bought That is not Galaxus fault but that of the manufacturer of the product an Adler AD 3049 Waffle iron 4 waffle

Order and delivery are fine However more expensive than other sites Return - another story You have to pay for postage and a lot Ugh Not exactly amazon
