Customer services at Get Laid Beds have been brilliant from start to finish They answered all of my questions before buying and helped when we were in touch after delivery The bed itself is beautiful We actually bought another bed from a cheaper company first and found the sprung slats and creaking impossible for sleep What a difference with this bed It is is properly solid and really well made We expect to have it for decades to come Thank you

Amazing beds with great customer service We purchased 3 London beds all with small alterations in headboard size which were understood and perfectly implemented We did visit the showroom in Leicester before purchase which confirmed our decision to use GetLaidBeds was perfect as they are the best wooden bed supplier out there Installation was easy all 3 beds and storage boxes complete within a couple of hours

I spent a really long time deciding on which bed frame to order and which company to use I was impressed by the range offered by Get Laid Beds and their excellent reviews I initially ordered wood samples which are free so that I could choose the right colour and eventually decided to order the Low Fuji Attic Bed no headboard in coffee bean I absolutely love my bed it goes so well with my room and I have already had lots of compliments on it Delivery was quick and efficient and I even managed to put the bed together all by myself I had a query about the slats and was able to speak with someone via the website s online chat to get a quick answer High quality bed frames and excellent customer service I will definitely use Get Laid Beds again in the future

What an absolutely amazing bed solution we purchased the Platform Bed no headboard space saver - my son has the smallest room in the house Now that he is older he was really wanting a larger bed This small double fit the billPerfectly The mattress is incredibly comfortable and the bed is so well made the drawer slides out effortlessly providing so much space The whole process through purchase and delivery was seamless I would definitely buy from here again

Starting with the website right through to delivery of the bed Get Laid Beds is a company that seems to really care about quality presentation and service Once I d chosen the bed Kensington double the ordering and payment process were simple and straightforward including a handy three instalment payment plan The beds are hand made and so take about 10-14 days to arrive A few days before delivery the date of which you can choose I had confirmation that the bed had been completed and was due for delivery soon The day before date it arrived I had a reminder notice and then a more specific delivery window was provided for the following day The drivers Peter and Jay arrived promptly within the delivery window and were very polite and friendly They placed the bed components in the bedroom and gave me advice on how to complete the assembly I ordered the white glove service for a semi-finished bed so the head board and foot board had been pre-assembled and I did the rest The assembly was not complicated although I would recommend the use of an electric screwdriver as some of the screws are long and can be stiff to do manually I m very happy with the finished product - looks great in my room Altogether a company I would highly recommend

Ordered the low platform bed as a small double and so happy with it It arrived on the planned delivery day all the parts were there and building it was a doodle with an electric drill did it on my own in just about an hour Loved that the screws came in their own little pouch and that the floor protectors had already been put on the legs just two nice little touches It s a beautiful bed frame and feels really stable would gladly buy from Get Laid Beds again
