1k on a bed frame with absolutely deplorable instructions More than half the pieces of wood there were many had no labels leaving the customer to guess which piece of wood was the correct one Now can not get anyone to come down and finish it Would never order again

The delivery men refused to take the mattress upstairs because they said it was impossible without damaging it They left it blocking the staircase Customer service said it would take them a week to come and take it away My husband and I had to move it because we couldn t get our old mattress back upstairs without doing so We managed to get it upstairs ourselves without much effort and with no damage So the delivery drivers clearly could not be bothered to do the work they had been paid to do 50 assemble and delivery

Hi there If I could I can give 0 star Absolutely nightmare from start They didn t deliver all boxes Pistons didn t work we had to send so many videos and pictures until we get another ones After that the bad was cracking when we get in and out Absolutely nightmare and very expensive Also the instructions are very poor and unclear IKEA beds are much better and very easy to install The ladies in the office they don t know what they doing I had to chase up my refund after 2 weeks Absolutely a nightmare never again

I bought a mattress from them about 2 years ago end of 2020 After a few months we noticed that in some areas it started to have dippings despite the fact that we were turning it regularly It got worse over the months so we eventually reported it to them and sent photos They agreed that it was a manufacturing fault However despite the fact that they recognize it s a fault from their part they are now asking us 230 to replace it So definitely stay away from this company

Wrong sized mattress delivered for bed took almost a month to deliver the correct size but this delivery was sent to the wrong address third delivery attempt they tried to reschedule at short notice I ve finally got the mattress after multiple calls and emails Terrible customer service and administration such a shame as the bed is lovely Don t use this company I have rarely been treated so badly as a customer

All I can say at this time is I hope the quality of bed is better than the delivery service Waited in all day up until 1900hrs - no delivery I would not recommend this company if they remain with FEDEX be warned

Avoid this company at all costs My daughter has now been without a bed for well over a week The bed was delivered with a ladder on the wrong side I was promised the replacement parts would be with me today confirmed in writing by the manager Marie I arranged to wfh to accommodate this delivery today and telephoned to enquire when to expect the delivery to be told the parts are for delivery tomorrow No phone call nothing I had a carpenter booked for a second time to put the bed together this evening My daughter remains without a bed After spending in excess of 1K on this item one would have expected so much more I am disgusted with this company and would advise anyone thinking of purchasing a bed from them to avoid doing so at all costs

Shockingly difficult beds to build Missing parts Arrived in 9 boxes of individual slats Needed built from scratch Had to buy parts from hardware store to build it To add insult to injury after I composed a long email to them with the design flaws I was offered up to 15 refund if I provided receipts The bed cost 1250

I am very saddened by our experience with these beds it s been a complete waste of time and money for us and has left us with nowhere to sleep We ordered 2 beds - the low oriental bed and a four poster bed The delivery experience was poor with the couriers not bringing the items to the right rooms as promised and instead dumping them by the front door The low bed turned up with dirty marks scratches and dents all over it and one of the legs had split wood We had to build this and keep it as our son is sleeping on it in a new house We couldn t leave him without a bed We are being sent some cleaning implement and a new leg but that will take a lot of effort from us and we just found the bed really poor considering we had spent extra on a supposedly good brand The four poster bed is terrible and we have to disassemble it and have it collected in a few days It took us hours and a lot of effort to assemble it and that time and energy is now wasted The bed squeaked at even the slightest touch and sleeping in it would be impossible and very disruptive It is obvious why it does this - the design means of course it will squeak It s a lot of wood screwed into other wood with no padding etc and it s balancing on too-small unstable legs We are so so gutted and are having to sleep on the floor of our living room before we find a new bed Our bedroom is currently taken up by this massive and unusable four poster bed which we will have to disassemble and package up ourselves I asked for the company to come do this and they said no Wish I d believed the negative reviews and not bothered We waited weeks for the delivery only to receive these awful careless products Do not bother Spend your money elsewhere Edited to reply to their response - I already contacted customer services weeks ago and was given a really poor response I was also told that the four poster bed regularly had these issues and the advisor had processed the same return right before my call And to Get Laid - I don t put my real name on the internet for safety reasons it s weird to assume a customer would leave those details in a review

Banging my front door down at 7 30am Even builders don t start that early While family woke up including my wife who works nights Banging hammers and drilling in my kitchen at literally 7 45am and acting like that s normal Do not use ridiculous company
