WONDERFUL customer service I only received a partial order of my set of non-returnable mugs and despite being packaged well those arrived broken I was nervous after reading reviews about their customer service and then I wasn t able to get Gilt s customer service on the phone immediately wait times were long but I was also calling Cyber Monday week so that could have been why but I sent an email explaining my problem and heard back within 48 hours Customer service fully refunded the mugs quickly no questions asked and without any hassle of sending the broken items back and forth Plus they added the mugs to my wishlist in case they come up for sale again in the future I really appreciate the thoughtful efficiency especially during this busy season I m looking forward to continuing shopping here in the future

I shop a ton on Gilt and RueLaLa but after an experience of ZERO customer service today I will think twice Ordered 3 bikini bottoms and matching tops sold separately for a trip 5 days away One bikini came with the wrong top Called to see if Gilt would rectify their error and send me correct top with free expedited shipping since their error I was offered nothing more than a shipping label to return the incorrect item No effort whatsoever to help me resolve in a timely manner I even called twice and got same non solution

Ordered a Martha Stewart 31 2 quart nonstick saucepan with lid A box without ANY packing material approximately 19X14 5X11 with the lid and pot each loose from the other within the box the whole shipping trip arrived chipped and dented Read the other reviews and decided to run not walk away from any further purchases from this company Life is to short

HORRIBLE I finally pulled the trigger and purchased a handbag I had been eyeballing at a good price on their site I was notified 2 days later that my order had been cancelled with no explanation Meanwhile they had increased the cost of the purse and it was still available on the website I called to try and see if they could help me to obtain the purse at the price I purchased it for since it was still available on their site and I was told flat out that was not possible If I wanted the bag I would need to now pay an extra 250 Worst website and customer service I have ever seen I will never purchase from them again because of this Shameful

I ordered a package 3 and half weeks ago and it s still not delivered it s been rerouted and changed so many times and gilt will not refund my money while it s in shipping Jen the supervisor at customer support did nothing but offer up excuses to why I don t have my package but nothing to assist me in getting my package I guess you get what you pay for and with gilt the gilt you feel is looking like an idiot for trusting gilt to provide you with products or service one gets what they pay for and with gilt your on your own
