A problem cropped up when changing
A problem cropped up when changing broadband companies after days driving me mad I went to the knowledgeable support desk at Givenergy Came with ides to check I did follow them but no joy I went back to them and came with other things - I still got nowhere but I pestered them further came with another idea and bang there was the solution Patience persistent knowledgeable and balancing my frustration with unlimited patience Great team at customer support Givenergy you have my eternal thanks

Had had x4 Givenergy batteries for around 3 years now the customer serive and tech support has been fast and efficent since day one thank you to all the Giveenerg stagg and most recently Jacon for assistanting with fw updates and sorting plant settings out

Spoke to Alexander at Give Energy on
Spoke to Alexander at Give Energy on Saturday about an issue with the battery on my solar system He managed to reboot it but it didn t stay on Alexander followed this up on Monday with an email to Send it Solar asking them to visit to resolve the issue Thank you Alexander for your proactive approach to this issue

Great job
It was a bit of a shock when I realised that the battery in my solar system which had worked perfectly for almost three years suddenly didn t charge I read through all the documents I received related to the system but it didn t give me any clue as to what was wrong or what to do except to call GE Then when I called them and was told I had to send my request for help by e-mail I thought This is going to take an awfully long time to sort out Fortunately I was very wrong Nathaniel had the system back up and working within a couple of hours Great job by Nathaniel and it was a great relief to me
