Was all ready to give this company a higher score but I booked what I believed to be a one off clean The cleaner came and did a decent job although was very slow I then get an alert one email and text 24 hours before the time the cleaner came a week earlier Alert states that the cleaner is coming again in 24 hours I contacted support to say there must be an error as I only booked a one time clean Their response Sorry you booked a recurring and if you want to cancel then there will be a 12 cancellation charge becuase it s less than 48 hours before the sheduled time date Seem unreasonable I thought especially as they have no login to your account option the website to manage cleans That s the way it works is the gist of the reply from support I asked twice for them to please drop the cancellation charge as it only seems reasonable Eventually they dropped it But I m left with a very bad taste in my mouth about Gleam now Be warned
