Booking service was easy to make and only had to be done a day in advance Service provided by Oksana was exactly what was required Reasonable cost for a one-off clean and means I will definitely be using Gleam again in the future

Cleaner was really thorough and did a great job She was here for about 10 minutes over the time just to finish and did lots of extras like making the bed and doing the washing up

Have had my weekly cleaner Audrey now for the last few months I m so happy I chose Gleam as everything has been so straightforward and uncomplicated as cleaning should be It was really easy to book the cleaner shows up on time and always does a great job Well once she was late due to the tube strikes but she let me know and stayed longer to make up for it which was no problem

I really cannot fault the Gleam Team I had an issue with Housekeep which I had booked for a tenancy clean and the team could not show up on the day at the last minute disappointingly I booked via Gleam and the service team were able to help me book a replacement tenancy service via their short notice service which worked brilliantly I sent a message via their site and they came back to me almost immediately to get the booking made A team of cleaners arrived only 4 hours later and they did a great job Some of the negative reviews on here seem to be from people expecting a team of cleaners for the stated price of 29 99ph That is ridiculous the hourly rate is per cleaner so if you want a team of cleaners rather than one you need to specify that and pay for it Are you expecting the cleaners to be only paid 5 an hour or something Use your heads Thanks again Gleam

According to me it s user friendly and easy to access websites I have made my application without some one help as good to know that company providing you the servival option to make your carrier to this types of company I wish I can be the part of this family
