Delighted with my booked cleaner She was excellent so hard working work was brilliant and she even stayed a little later than booked to finish despite me telling her to go What a great work ethic It s also been so seamless making the booking the website is so easy to use and you receive reminders and can login and manage everything online I m so pleased

My prayers have been answered Have had so much trouble organising a decent cleaning company in London Finally have organised a fortnightly booking with an easy to use system and cleaner is fantastic She communicates asks me if I m happy and takes feedback without attitude The house is spotless when I come home from work and I genuinely look forward to coming home on the days she s booked in Thanks Amelia and Gleam

I have been using Gleam for a while now

I have been using Gleam for a while now and have always received good cleaners who arrive on time and do a great job I use the one time service as that works best for me and although a little more expensive it suits my irregular schedule as I can t commit to the same day and time each week The service works well and they try to send the same cleaners I ve had before if they are available There has been an odd occasion where a cleaner can t make it due to TfL works or illness but that is to be expected with a service such as this in any case the Gleam Team are always at hand to reorganise if anything goes wrong and have always been very polite and helpful Special shout out to Izzy who is always fantastic

I have a weekly cleaner with Jesmeen for the last few months and has been a great experience so far Jesmeen always arrives on time does a great job and checks in with me regularly for any specifics I might have The place is always sparkling after she s been as well as ironing done and beds changed Would highly recommend Gleam

Have had such a good experience with Gleam recently and I cannot do anything but commend the cleaners and customer service team I had to book a moving out tenancy clean after one of the other outfits let me down I contacted Gleam and they were responsive got in touch to understand my requirements and talked me through the online booking process The cleaners showed up punctually and did a great job and at a lower price than I had originally booked with the other company Thanks again Gleam for a job well done spotless
