I am very satisfied with the service I received from Reece the engineer who attended my property He explained to me what was required to be done and why He seemed to have all the knowledge required to service my boiler

A first class service product

When my 24 year old boiler ceased on a Friday afternoon I had no idea where to start I tried local companies but had no response I then submitted an initial inquiry on-line with Boiler Guide who arranged for multiple heating organisations to contact me Within an hour a technician from Lodge Plumbing Heating arrived He was very professional and there was no hard sell He advised me that a Glow-worm boiler would be best and before he left an hour later I had a fully costed quote and installation was scheduled for the following Tuesday From my initial inquiry to having a replacement Glow-worm fully working was 3 days The new efficient Glow-worm boiler is excellent and I have seen a noticeable reduction in my utility bills I would most definitely recommend it to other consumers A great job and thank you to all concerned for a first class job

Replaced my old boiler after 18 years with a new Glow-Worm c30 and I m very pleased with how quiet and efficiently it runs It seems to be much more efficient s it does not run for as long when heating is on demand All in all so far I am very pleased with the boiler itself
