Who hates AI operators Bring

Go assist have clear phone lines with understandable People to answer The pre Connection phone service has minimal AI so not much hair pulling while trying to reason with AI Nothing worse than an AI system that can t hear you from a bad line and trying to re direct your call to the wrong dept

Paid but booking not confirmed

The process was quite straightforward although I felt as though they pushed me towards taking out insurance and I m not sure this was the best option Also I have paid for the first repair and one year s insurance cover but my engineer visit has not yet been booked I was hoping this would be tomorrow but seems very unlikely as it s not been confirmed

Pleasant manner on the phone Felt as though I was being pushed into an insurance policy which I didn t intend Lots of very fast reading of terms and conditions which with my hearing difficulties was mostly lost on me Prefer to have info to read

There is no Warming drawer on the drop-down menu so I had to book it as an oven My bank initially rejected payment as they don t recognise you Worrying

I used Go Assist to book a repair for my washing machine and yes very good I had a man come the following day However I gave the telephone person the cause of my problem the bearings have gone on my washing machine I gave all the the relevant information needed Make Model etc Yes man came walked in put his hand in the machine gave it a push round once and said Yes the bearings gone Told me it s a right off best to get a new machine and then left my premises He was here no longer than two minutes and for my knowledge being correct and him agreeing I was told that was 99 call out fee Well I think I was ripped off not happy and still had to buy a new machine

I was struggling to find a way to fix my oven so hopefully Go Assist are going to get an engineer to me and fix it Rob managed my call well I ve not given a higher score because of the push on the bolt on insurance and membership I just want my oven fixed Also it hasn t been fixed yet so I can t give a full score
