Positive Experience Quick Oven Repair

I booked an oven repair with Go Assist before reading the reviews and was then nervous I d made a mistake but I needn t have been Within 48 hours of booking an engineer was round he d text me in advance with a 2 hour timeslot The diagnosis of the issue didn t take long and whilst the engineer didn t have the parts in stock he was able to get them ordered within half an hour of his visit and returned to conduct the repair just a few days later It s possible I could have had a cheaper repair elsewhere but honestly for the convenience and positive experience it was worth the money The website isn t overly helpful so I do recommend speaking to customer service who were very helpful and able to answer all my questions which put my mind at ease Engineer was very polite and efficient and explained the process to me as he went which I appreciated I hope I don t have any more appliances break but if I did I d book through Go Assist again
