I was initially disappointed to be told that my booking for hlp with an electical problem hwas delayed However an electrician then called me to say that Go Assist had rung him to attend to my emergen

I was initially disappointed to be told that my original booking was to be delayed by 5 days However I then received a phone call from a local electrician who came to rectify my problem He was excellent and I was well pleased with his work and advice

Service good booking not so good

The boiler engineers were very pleasant helpful and efficient when they came However I was not very impressed by the booking process For 199 I was given a same day appointment but then that was cancelled I was told they were trying to make another booking then silence until halfway through the next morning leaving me on tenterhooks

Arrived on time did what was needed - courteous and clean throughout

Steve was prompt and efficient He solved the problem of the blockage to the outflow He was polite and helpful I have scored him down slightly as he did not return things to the cupboard and hooks that he had removed them from which would have only taken minute or so but he did leave the floor clean and dry I would certainly use him again

Matt Bolton was great He arrived got on with the job cheerfully despite the limited space he had to work in and sorted the problem He also identified a leak in my kitchen and advised me to call in a plumber Thank you Matt

The process went well

The process went well Matt quickly identified the cause of the failure and when the spare part required to fix it was available he quickly installed it My only criticism is that between clearance being granted for ordering the spare part and the part actually being ordered there seems to have been a delay of two days

Issue with preferred date of repair

Go Assist as very helpful and got us plumbing help very promptly The only issue was we had to specify a date for the repair and we were booked for the following day instead which was not convenient I was not aware that the date I chose was a preferred date and if they had no engineers in this area on that date they give the nearest date

The staff were very efficient when I called I would have given 5 stars were it nt for a voicemail saying I needed to contact the team if I wanted to go ahead when I had been assured it was all booked
