Great work from Dan Porte the Go Assist engineer who diagnosed the fault on my washing machine within minutes and affected an immediate repair

Would definitely use again but be careful of cost

So easy to book with competitive price good communication called when they said they would and arrived near enough the time they said Knew problem straight away and got on and fixed it No fuss no mess Knowledgable polite and professional engineer Would definitely use again However after writing the above review I received a call from BIG warranties as I had requested to cancel the policy as I was not sure what exactly I was buying until I received the documents Because I had chosen to cancel the insurance I was told I had to pay more for the repair only so be careful when obtaining a quote I do still feel it was worth it even paying the extra

No issue with the service the rep Daisy was excellent thank you - everything came through on email txt as required all clear and easy to understand Do however be aware that there are opt in additional charges 12 month appliance support for example that are not ABSOLUTELY clear from the off - for some this may provide assurance and be beneficial but for others may be an unnecessary expense As always read the small print Overall an easy 4 star - Let s hope the engineer turns up on time

Probably my inexperience

One star below maximum is because at my advanced years I don t find these things easy but yours was better than many The form I was completing kept on reverting to blanks and I had to start again I prefer to use a land line but your system wouldn t allow me to enter the number

Max and Mohammed help me through the booking i would have put 5 stars but i mean for now i just booked the engenering visit and i need to wait for see if they fix my problem or not

Although the engineer had to rearrange the time if his visit to the following day he kept us informed by telephone When he arrived he was apologetic for his delay and at all times during his visit he was courteous and informative All in all a good experience

All options were explained and we were able to get a repair booked for the next day - having phoned at 5 50 pm I would have given 5 stars if it wasn t for the hard sell approach Having said I didn t want the insurance option Rob then repeatedly tried to change my mind
