False booking

I booked I payed in advance no confirmation booking email no sign of the boiler person phone lines now closed for the weekend I m down 185 pounds for a 24 hour service and no hot water or heating for the weekend Useless aboid like the plague

Did not come on the day requested Was told that paying and booking for the call out a specific date was just a request for my preferred day Called to confirm time and was told they were coming the following day having already taken payment Call centre vague and unhelpful was told the engineer will send a text today with an approximate 3 hour time slot for tomorrow How are we supposed to get time off work for this rubbish planning

Fantastic on promises and aggressive hard sell And Zero on delivery i contacted them to repair my Cook Hood Extractor Fan After the initial prompt visit I was told the part has been ordered 5 weeks later no sign of part no sign of when they will get it nor an idea what the part is Stay Away if I were you

Professional quick service George was fantastic very helpful Thank you EDIT TODAY WEDNESDAY After a promise of Thursday call out call today to confirm next Wednesday is earliest I can get for a faulty fridge freezer All the sales talk and promises yesterday was totally misleading The insurance policy also sold to me is void as the company who they sub let to cannot guarantee me any more call outs as they are only doing me a favour as a one offIn response to your reply I was not offered another date

Fridge freezer problems

I had a problem with my fridge freezer and this company came top of the list with some good reviews I reluctantly filled in my details up to the point where I had to fill in my card details - at this point could they repair it- nobody knows because they haven t even seen it Since then 1 day ago I have had 6 voicemails and 2 text messages Talk about feeling harassed Just had another one which compelled me to write the review Don t fill in your details

Didn t fix stole money from me

Didn t fix what they said they would after lots of arguing refunded me the money but unknown to me signed me up for a yearly subscription for 50 and will not refund that They take great delight in telling you they are not regulated by the financial ombudsman they flat out refuse to pass you onto a supervisor and will not tell you who they are regulated by or how you can complain Avoid them like the plague

Wanted to take 69 90 out of my bank account via a direct debit I had never signed on for luckily my bank flagged it up as a fraudulent payment and stopped it I will be contacting them on Monday to inform them I want nothing to do with their company avoid at all costs

ABSOLUTELY SHAMBELES STAY AWAY THEY CHARGE YOU 150 FOR A CALL OUT AND THEY DON T GURANTEE THEY WILL FIX YOUR APPLIANCE The engineer came in for 2 minutes and said he can t fix it And the parts to fix costs nearly as much as the applaiance itself Then they say they offer you up to 100 of an AO website for a brand new appliance but when it comes to you the discounts are 0 Pure scam they don t offer any refunds if they can t fix it they don t even try anyway Honestly you are better off buying a new appliance Stay Away I gave them 150 for nothing
