Excellent service

This was the first time we used Go Assist Ltd We reported that our frost free fridgefreezer had a leak that was causing ice to accumulate on the freezer shelves so that the drawers stuck to them The engineer came as arranged and after explaining what was causing the problem very quickly fixed it The engineer was friendly pleasant and left everything tidy I would definitely have them back and recommend them to friends and family

Appliance repair

We ve only recently started using Go-Assist for our white goods repairs and insurance They ve repaired our tumble dryer and washing machine and they did a good job Our free standing upright Zanussi freezer is the latest appliance to be repaired but we re waiting for a decision from them on that The engineers we ve had two so far are prompt and communicate well informing us when they will arrive So far Go-Assist have provided a reliable service

I ve just spoken to Natalie on Go Assist with a problem with my fridge freezer She was very businesslike and quickly told me how the system operates there and directed me to insurance for my appliances so I m not caught out in future Natalie was really clear polite pleasant and helpful so thank you Natalie

The 2 guys George Biddy were so patient with me As a pensioner I found it difficult to give them the correct information they needed to help my enquiry I rang off one time to find the correct info Then rung again hence the 2 different names Both guys were pleasant helped me to understand what they needed to know If the problem is fixed in a similar fashion i would certainly use GO ASSIST in future No hesitation M Of Brentwood
