More than a month still order has not arrived

Order 100g gold in the first week of January worth 4800 Customer service confirmed the order will arrive with secure delivery Got an email confirmation saying the order was delivered to me But I was at work Since then someone called Stephanos from gold co uk chasing my queries He end up providing me Royal Mail standard tracking info after 3 weeks of complaint which was available online from day one Put a police crime report and passed it to the guy called Stephanos but no email reply from him and not even a phone call saying what s happening Have been calling reception every day same answer taking my number saying someone will get back to me Very rude unprofessional staff

First time buyer and definitely will look other company I paid 550 and don t receive nothing Called their help line asian woman was so rude don t care about customers Cool refund and looking for other company

Very disappointed

Very disappointed Put through two orders that were accepted then got a call the next day to say that if I want my orders to be processed then I need to submit EVERY transaction I have ever made on my visa card never mind the fact this is a legal UK issued visa debit card This is a gross violation of privacy The reason given was because the card is a crypto com card If that s the reason then you need to make it clear up front before accepting my money I was told it would take 2-3 days to refund the 5 fig sum I m now waiting 5 days and have just been told it could take 10 days or more Honestly this just feels like a scam at this point

Never Returned my Call

Called to sell gold sovereign but they were too busy so left my number for them to call back however they never returned my call so cannot comment on any transaction Sold the coin with another more helpful and friendly company I originally gave 1 star but feel that was too harsh for just not returning a call

When the package arrived it was open

When the package arrived I didn t realise until after I d taken it from the postman that it was actually open I have checked my doorbell no can see it was like that before it was handed to me I did actually video myself opening it just in case it had been tampered with please make sure you actually seal your parcels
