Support cannot be reached I got no help for ending our fix 6Month contract We just pay for nothing More times technical problems - we couldn t use our credit Tutor was OK UPDATE From one star to twoAfter the review I got answer from the customer service and would the extra money refunded

Customer experience has not been good

Customer experience has not been good from an administration level Account manager hasn t been bothered to call or talk to the parents Calls have been set in the dairy to call but no call backs As parents I feel money is being spent but little feedback or satisfaction is been shown

Contractual agreement with Go Student

Recently my son had a trial Tutor session and got on great with the new Tutor When it became clear my son only required tutoring for four and a half month versus six months I received no follow up from the customer care team as I clearly wasn t going to take up a six month contract This is a very short sighted approach from Go Student as we were prepared to commit to four and a half months instead they have lost custom and a customer is a customer with clear commitment Just not the commitment their way

I tried to add my son as the contact multiple times for the 20 min notification prior to the start of the lesson The messages were sent to me and I was unable to forward the info because I was at work My son liked the tutor My expectation was for them to converse in french only unless he was unable to understand They spoke English more than necessary His grade improved from a C- to a C

Zero anthropocentricism

While the teachers are very good GoStudent has zero anthropocentricism It took me 1 5 month just to change a plan and still going support is mainly a bot in whatsapp app and their customer approach is almost non existant they even replied that they dont have a representative to talk to for the delayed payments though they will call you almost immediately funny

Response is awful

My Son had 6 months worth of tutoring which was good but when this had finished they still took another months worth of tutoring He didn t receive any tutoring that month I have now cancelled my direct debit and have email them 4 times and have still not been responded to and i still haven t received my refund for the extra month they took So everyone beware

Great tutor terrible customer support

Great tutor terrible customer service Everything is online but a confusing combination of email WhatsApp and sms messages Lots of sales calls to explain how the package works but not a lot of substance just repetition Received an email saying DD payment had been refused Clearly this was untrue so I challenged and was told gostudent are having technical problems so I must make payment manually Customer service refuse to call me insist I call them Refuse to escalte to a manager or do anything to resolve and cannot give any sort of explanation or reassurance around making this extra payment

Payment links and frustration

I am a member of go student and unfortunately I experience a most frustrating and upsetting reoccurrence l Every month I have to beg for a payment link after receiving a robot reply that I have multiple payment failures Untrue I have to phone each time to be told to ignore the automatic email yet today alone I have been told a link has been sent to me and it has NOT I am so frustrated with the stress of it all Customer service has failed me every time and I get the same bot reply I feel so sorry for the tutors as they could not be aware of the inadequate service operating behind them I did not want to write a review like this but who needs this stress in their life Just get your act together and have a link that customers can access every month Two people I recommended this service got back to me and told me they would get a call back and never did Perhaps keep a closer eye on your customer service operations
