I can t CANCEL - FURIOUS

I can t CANCEL I m absolutely furious as they won t help me with the cancellation It took 2 days to take my money when we joined and now it s taken over a week and still nobody has called me back after several of my requests I ve been emailing them for over a week with cancellation request and they replied they will call in a week and nobody did I called 3 different numbers as per the negative revies on here and NOBODY picks up it s just writing and promise to call back and nobody did I am concerned they are taking my money and I want to cancel It s a shame as the tutor was lovely but company not Stop taking my money CANCEL ps I ve replied to your email with all my information which you already have as I ve sent you 7 emails to date and left WatsApp messages on all your telephone numbers and you have NOT replied

Poor Customer Care Signed up for 6 month package 8 grinds

Signed up for 6 month package 8 grinds per month November 30th Last payment should have been taken April 30th Instead they took it May 30th My Son was finished school at this point and had no need for the grinds I have been tirelessly trying to contact the company to get this resolved since June 7th by email live chat and telephone calls but no one seems to be able to help This is very frustrating Customers care is poor I wouldn t recommend this company

tutor for physics not provided

The tutor for our subject physics was not found and so my daughter did not receive the lessons she needed despite us paying for them The first physics tutor she had turned up late even to the first lesson and was generally very disorganised

This company sucks you into a 6 months

This company sucks you into a 6 months contract and then after that it s all downhill Teachers are off sick almost every week and then when they miss a lesson your playing catch up the following week and the following after that Teachers are changing all the time and it s difficult to contact support as well they just don t bother responding I will not be renewing after 6 months and would advise parents to look elsewhere

Credits and booking lesson

We have to book each lesson as we go along At a time we can book maximum 4 lessons as we have a monthly credit in the account we can not go over 4 I feel there is this constant thing around booking lessons So this month I put extra credit in my account and my tutor told me I dont book the lessons I will lose out on any credits When I asked to clarify she said I wanted to clarify about the credits So they aren t transferable but when we book sessions before the renewal date you don t lose them which I believe is a pain

I am having issues with my GoStudent

I am having issues with my GoStudent account and can t seem to communicate with a live body to resolve them At this point I would not recommend this company because their customer service leaves a lot to be desired Yes they finally did responded with an email Not what I was looking for but I guess if that s how Gostudent operates Could have probably resolved my issues if they d had live customer service Guess they lost a client because of it

Very poor customer care

Very poor customer care I am trying to stop payment as my 9 month subscription has ended The customer care team have not replied to emails I m left waiting on the WhatsApp chat function No one answer the customer care number Yet when I needed to purchase additional lesson they get back to me immediately Very much a money focused company I would not recommend based on customer care support or rather the lack there of

do not work here

As a tutor here do not work here ever they have underpaid us we dont even get half of the students money They have also removed our pay even more now since we do not get paid for trial lessons It is actually unfair how underpaid we are but the students will never find out They dont even look for students for us anymore its more the tutors the company likes the most Terrible company to work at

IT problems meaning the continue button

It is the continue button once s trying to get into your account The IT is bad trying to help me on the phone call then phone at 9Am is put the phone down straight away I have done this about 17 times now to get pass the continue button It does not help that my exam is happening soon when there is IT problem because it is an IT problem The tutor is lovely fine she can not much about the IT problem
