I have never had this much trouble with a delivery

I have never had this much trouble with a package delivery in my life My parcel keeps getting delayed or a missed delivery because i m at work and cant be in for it And the main reason I don t have my parcel yet is because Gravity Fitness who are the senders refuse to allow for a pickup point for me to collect from or a safe area where the driver can leave my package I rung the carriers dpd but they can t do anything because the senders GF have these ridiculous rules I have had no other issue with any other company that has sent items to me before I can t even review the item I ve paid a lot of money for because I still don t have it

After purchasing the 3 0 bars and

After purchasing the 3 0 bars and looking to testing them out unfortunately 2 bolts we re missing making the bars unstable and after following up 3 times I was sent smaller bolts which rattled and didn t fit flush only to be that s all they had

This product is impossible to

This product is impossible to dismantle You have advertised this product as being dismantable and I am very strong yet unable to dismantle the bottom frame After some investigation it became evident the flaw in your product is the red rust coming from the manufacturer I have sent you photos of the rust This rust is on most interlocking parts this locks the system in place ESPECIALLY in areas of high tension I e the bottom frame The rust is not the only culprit the product metal is very weak so im guessing it bends under tension again making dismantling an impossible task I have attached photos of all the evidence I plan to leave terrible reviews And possibly take action along the lines of false advertising I have only had this product a few days and not high use at all so that tells you state of product

Pull Up Rack is a waste of time and money

I ve recently purchased the so called portable pull up rack Firstly the parcel was delivered in extremely bad condition - the box was half open and some parts were lightly damaged Support was quite responsive and friendly and they ve sent a replacement for one of the parts But even in this case the parts won t integrate together and given that the box was delivered in that condition it is almost impossible to return the product In general this is definitely not a portable pull up rack In my situation it was not even a non-portable pull up rack since the parts won t fit together

Sent a faulty item the base metal

Sent a faulty item the base metal buttons are jammed inside so I can t dismantle the base at all and the bag zip was split I ve asked for a refund and they re saying I m taking it apart wrong I bought it for the convenience of the portability and being able to take it down I ve finally got the base apart it took me 40 minutes faffing about Now I m scared to put it back together because it s faulty I ll end up with the base taking up most of my floor space because it ll get stuck together again Personally this is a poor first experience for me at 140 I m not impressed

Hi ordered a 4kg clubbell got a 6kg instead contacted them and was told I ordered wrong weight stating that 4kg club was 44 95 checked this and I was charged 54 95 Checked Amazon listing and it is priced at 54 95 very poor customer service was fobbed off by someone called Vicky who had the cheek to make out that she was the one who discovered the wrong price after I had informed her had used the company before and they were good now however have been sent a sarcastic email telling me I was the cause of a wrong order will not use again oh any got my first name wrong

My first order and it was damaged in transit How did I find this out by contacting them directly wheb I contacted them there was not goodwill or anything apart from refund For a company that on their website says customer service is top of their priority list it s not very good Very disappointed

Do Not Waste Your Time

Having seen the reviews on Gravity Fitness I thought I would give them a go My mistake I wrote to them with an enquiry through their website That was it No response no interest If a company cannot be bothered to respond to potential customers before they purchase one of their products then I don t hold out much hope if one decides to actually purchase from them There are too many companies out there with very poor customer service so I will just add this one to the list

Buying on eu version on the Website and paying in EUR did not indicate that the Shipping is from UK and customs Kick in Not so cool

Hello you asked me for an opinion so I will give it to you I cannot personally say what I think of the quality of your sandbags because I did not accept the order for the simple reason that I was asked for a tax at a third of the price of the order at what point should I Should I pay this if I make the purchase from a European store
