Bolts didn t fit the holes

Bolts didn t fit the holes I had to buy a file and manually widen each hole Frame seems decent but time will tell about the quality Watch you don t over-tighten the nuts out of frustration and deform the frame like I did

ordering was easy

ordering was easy delivery very fast but product not good my bars are not level by approx 5mm did not want the hassle of re mailing and having to send back and then take another day off work to receive exchanged product so i had to modify myself i would of thought for a prduct not so cheap would of been checked before shipping

Major delay

I love gravity products and I appreciate times are weird at the moment but my order was delayed over a month and if it wasn t for a friend I would have not been able to train properly over the second lockdown Some kind of communication or compensation would have been appreciated Love the product though

The drilled holes were uneven

The holes were slightly unevenly bored on one of the bars so this means that the bars have to be propped up with a paper wedge for them to be level which was disappointing as I ve bought from gravity before and been impressed with the standards and build quality however on this occasion I am underwhelmed

I was unlucky with your product

I need to repair the holes from the vertical side bars to be able to lock the top bar I haven t assembled the other part of the order because I m a little disappointed I live in Sweden so I m not going to try to ship the order back I will fix it when I have time I don t think I will buy more staff from you or recommend you I hope you understand Best regards Stathis

Hi I did write to you to enquire whether it was possible to have some more side pieces as it is not possible to hang from the rings as the frame is so low - or indeed if they are missing It s not actually useable at the height it is I did send a photo to check but have not heard back Many thanks

Poor product

Poor product joints not welded at 90 degrees so poles wouldn t fit together In the end as this product said it was portable and it comes with a bag unfortunately ours isn t as I needed to hit the poles with a hammer to make them fit so therefore it won t be going anywhere apart from the room that s it in

Ordered and available product

Ordered and available product after a week from ordering I was expecting my order to arrive on the 5th since it said all orders will be dispatched on the 4th of Jan I contacted customer service and then they tell me a placed a PRE-ORDER They could ve at least contacted me about this change but anyway got my product at the end its perfect but was ridiculous that I had to chase THEM down

Ok bought a few items not given

Ok bought a few items not given discount didn t work and kettlebells are ok but cast should be move smooth and both kettles bells are same weight but rough to use and spartan looks like it s had plastic surgery on one of them tape is ok but will not last and ankle weights ok but will come off from time to time
