You never sent weist straps and never replied too my message i want what I pay for

Placed an order on Sunday December 17th 40236 and paid extra for next day delivery As it was a Sunday I understand that it would not be processed until Monday so next day delivery would be Tuesday Come Wednesday afternoon still no dispatch email so ring up to obtain more information on what was going on as it was a Xmas gift Was informed that there had been a delay in the items coming into stock and unfortunately they had informed other customers of this but had forgotten to tell me I was informed they were due in Thursday afternoon Friday morning and I would receive a dispatch email informing me of delivery on Saturday I was offered a refund in fairness but was Informed that the item would definitely arrive with me Saturday therefore I did not cancel the order Unfortunately there was no email and no delivery and no communication from Gravity fitness

Reliance on poor courier meant that packages delayed and arr8ved damaged I accepted a 20 discount but given the damage this wasn t especially generous although I was given the option of return and replace Customer service got back to me very quickly and tried to be helpful

The split deliver system I understand some things can t be helped However a week later I still haven t received the 2nd item and there is no communication from you whatsoever

Brought the portable fitness bar which included a bag The bag ripped the first time it was picked up emailed them they sent me a new bag that isn t the right size I emailed back and I ve been ignored For something that costs over 120 the quality of the bag it terrible and now can t be portable as that was the whole point in buying this

The pull up frame is OK but not well designed The bottom of the frame uses a spring lock mechanism It is hard to release requiring the lock to be pressed so far in that it becomes displaced in the tube Pliers are required to get it back into place I d replace them with locking pins like the vertical bars but the holes are top to bottom not left to right The carry bag is simply not fit for purpose it s too light weight for such a heavy item and the zip fell apart the first time it was used

I bought a staterpack with Pull up rack with some resistance bands and rings included Only the resistance bands were not in the package instead there was some griptape Contacted them and they said my order dindt t contain resistance bands It was cleary in the discription and I even send them a screenshot of their own website Clearly stating the bands were included They changed the bundle deal in the meantime Stuff s good but service not so much

Dangerous to use it can break at any moment From the bottom where it is welded where it connects horizontally with vertically waste of money Remark I m not about disassembling I m about this construction can t afford weight of human I m about the stiffness of the construction

Poor customer service oPurchased the Gravity Fitness pull up bar and when it arrived 3 8 of the plastic protector caps were broken Have tried numerous emails and ways of contact through social media and zero response I expected more given all the great reviews Extremely disappointed

I placed an order on December 8th trusting the excellent quality of the products Unfortunately the shipping experience with UPS has been a nightmare My package has been stuck at their Arzano Italy facility since December 12th with fake status updates claiming progress that isn t happening The issue clearly lies with UPS not doing their job properly What really disappointed me however was the store s lack of assistance When I flagged the problem and provided tracking information I was simply told It s Christmas This completely ignores the real issue UPS s failure at the local depot Other online stores I ve dealt with in the past have contacted the courier on my behalf and resolved similar situations Here nothing was done I m left to chase UPS myself days later with no package and no resolution in sight While the products remain excellent this hands-off approach to customer service during a serious issue reflects poorly on the company I hope this review encourages the store to take more responsibility in addressing courier problems in the future
