No bike delivered - Zero communication and minimal support help
Spent quite a good amount of time research a bike I wanted The selection seems good at first at their site Ordered a new e-bike during the company window 2 months ago and it was in stock and approved Quickly noticed that information from Greenbenefits side was pretty much zero Checked the website regularly where I could see the status Eventually status went to Assembly In Progress and from there to In Progress No push information from Greenbenfits about this only available in the portal after logging in but of course I assume the bike will be delivered As time goes with no info I contacted them over email to ask Got a response that it will be delivered according to contract at latest June 7 Nothing more happens I try to get hold of Greenbenefits multiple times over phone and also sending a new email question on what is happening No respose Got hold of someone on June 5 that said it should be in the packing process and that they would report back to me during the day Nothing happens I call several times on June 7 and eventually gets someone who picks up the phone I get a response back that my bike can t be delivered and it is out of stock There is no suggestion on how to solve it Only a we are very sorry I have to ask on how to proceed and what the next step is No initiative from Greenbenefits side The whole process has taken a very long time and have been very frustrating and that is only the time I ve spent trying to figure out what is happening to my order Greenbenefits have not at any time reached out with any type of information I have to chase it myself They are very hard to get hold of to talk or email to There is no will to go the extra mile to solve an issue that have gone wrong Only standard responses about delivery times assembly times and so on Our family bike vacation is now 2 weeks away and I see no willingnes from Greenbenefits to help out I have decided on a replacement bike but there are still unsolved questions and there is currently no solution as I am still waiting for answers This is probably the worst company I have ever been in contact with at least compared to the amount of money I was willing to spend I can not recommend anyone to do business with this company Searching the web shows that I am not alone with these type of issues with Greenbenefits Please avoid

No bike delivered - bad communication
Researched a bike I wanted and selected one that was supposedly in stock as I needed it quickly However after some time I contacted the seller only to find out that the bike was actually not available I understand that such situations can occur but their lack of communication is truly frustrating Now I have to invest additional time into finding a suitable bike which is quite exasperating If you decide to use this company do not expect much and you will likely be disappointed

I had mixed experiences with Greenbenefits While I appreciated the initial quick responses and clarity when communicating with their team the overall process of purchasing a bike was frustrating I selected a bike that was in stock but later discovered it was unavailable Despite their friendly staff the lack of proactive communication and the difficulty in getting updates about my order were disappointing It s important to manage your expectations when dealing with them
