They are terrible very bad organized they charge double or triple to customer for the panels and they not even food panels for that price so not recommended at all before you book check the price from the website amd see how much they charge on top

A survey was completed at my property at the end of July and I am still waiting for my quote I have chased twice and been told I will have it very soon My last chase-up has been ignored I work in Sales myself and if this were my company I would want to know about it

I called in Mid-August about getting my Solar Panel s repair not installed by them a very nice lady said they were working with a 12-week appointment time I said that was fine because I would be out of the country from Mid Sept to Mid Oct she took all my detail and said they would be in contract I decided to follow up on the 19th Sept and was again reassured they would be in touch when I returned in Oct Now when I call on the 24th Oct they just say sorry we are not doing any repair work currently what a waste of my time thanks for nothing I now don t believe they ever had any intention of doing my work its seems unless you are going to spend thousands of pounds buying panels from them they are not interested despite what s on their webpage Hopefully sometime in the future I will look at installing Panel s on the next house I buy I will ask them to come and quote boot and other foot come to mind Below comes from there web page Our fully trained full time maintenance engineers will come out to visit you to complete a system check and to sign your system off We can usually book you an appointment within the week

Bad experience Criminal gang never use this company they are deceitful The owner Lee Oxley claimed that he will sort out my domestic RHI payments as part of the installation of ASHP every month would come up with different stories until the 1 year period elapsed A couple of months before the 1 year came to service the ASHP said he will forward date the process and took all the paper work to complete in his office after this never took my calls again until I used my daughters phone to call him He has blocked all numbers pertaining to me I got no incentive despite spending about 16 0000 with this company This price also included a battery pack for solar panels that has never worked Date of experience 2018

Booked Engineer to check our Inverter as online monitoring indicated a possible slight fault Engineer arrived and inspected Inverter but found no fault 48hrs later I logged into online monitoring and found the Panels had not generated electricity since his visit Contacted Technical Team who responded rapidly and Engineer arrived that afternoon After looking at Inverter he elected to perform a System Procedure Failure Day Light and Panels were reinstated He advised no WiFi and performed a Factory Reset on the TP Powerline boxes that connect the Inverter to our Home Hub I later observed the TP Link was not working I sent a polite email setting out my whole experience to Lee Oxley asking if he could send someone to reset the link for me I received neither an acknowledgement of my email nor a reply nor did anyone from the Company contact me and still hasn t I was lucky to meet a friend who is a Senior IT Expert working for an international Company who responded with instructions to reset the TP Link which was successful

Nice guy - arrived on time but couldn t fix my problem and volunteered no service like cleaning my solar panels despite very high charge Disappointing Martin Frey

Hire more Qualified staffFollowing your reply I will await getting a system that actually functions before I change the star rating but you must agree that I have waited over a year which is clearly unacceptable with many hiccups along the way It now has finally been resolved Sept 2024 See my other review of the company

This is a re review under williamtweddell I had my solar panels fitted March 2023 the issues have finally been resolved sept 2024 battery was replaced by solar edge But warning to the wise where are Greg Euan Glen Ethan Jordan Since 2023 these are all engineers no longer with the company does that say anything about them I would also avoid solar edge for all the possible complications
