Good service Straight and easily rectified fault on my Solar Panel system

Recently had a 4kwh installation on our residential property in Chelmsford Very pleased with the install Have recommended to friends and family

The overall installation was very good in particular both the installer of the mesh and the scaffolders were extremely professional and very careful The only frustrating part was whether the job needed scaffolding or not I would certainly recommend the company but further care is required when deciding how the works will be carried out

The installers were excellent They were on time very pleasant and tidy workers Our only issue was with the battery First of all they supplied the wrong size battery but that was soon rectified The biggest issue was with making the battery work in a power cut The salesman checked that the GivEnergy battery would work in a power cut and it does However the communication between the sales team and installers failed The installers were told that they should install a 3 pin plug which would allow us to run an extension cable in the event of a power cut That wasn t what we ordered nor paid for In the end the work was completed correctly with a groundsman visiting the house and laying a very thick cable between the battery and house to enable the battery to power the property in the event of a power cut Despite this hiccup I would still use Greenpulse again in the future and I wouldn t hesitate to recommend them Just ensure everyone is on the same page

Overall a good experience with Green Pulse Initial contact and quotation process prompt and efficient Site visit excellent and informative with good knowledge of the product From placing the order to installation a smooth process in a reasonable time scale Installation went well and pleased with the work done My only criticism is that we would have appreciated some guidance and information on how to best use the system either from the installation team or a follow up site visit This was eventually arranged when we had some issues several days later and all was explained Very pleased with the quality and system installed Giv Energy

Green Pulse provided courteous and helpful advice and service in bird proofing my solar panels from nesting pigeonsThe only issue was in getting an accurate quote for the scaffolding This was taken on board by the company and will hopefully be resolved for future customers I would strongly recommend this company

From start to finish the team was professional Theirs was one of three quotes and they were the most organised It wasn t the cheapest of the three but we felt they d do a good job Everyone was polite and the installation was completed in a day and after the quote the job was done within three weeks Two downsides the scaffolders insisted that they d need to use our neighbour s garden and Greenpulse site manager had to resolve this quickly as using our neighbour s was not realistic Also we ve been promised an app - still waiting However if we were to expand our panels we d use this company again

Rapid response to initial contact with good follow up afterwards Top end quality equipment supplied and fitted Installation very well managed Solar panels are working well in the winter months of December and January meeting around 25 of our electricity use Hope for much more as we move out of winter You need to make sure that the assumptions used by Green Pulse for the business case are valid for you

Excellent customer service and support All the people I dealt with were very personable Very good initial survey and on-site planning Prompt support whenever there were difficulties Excellent product Generally very happy Admin wise it s been difficult Green pulse linking up with the energy company and then with the national grid Still haven t received any money back from the solar panels Lack of explanation of how it all works was an issue
