Responsive and knowledgeable support following a change of Wi-Fi initial troubleshooting hadn t resolved the issue but thanks to Dwayne s advice and support everything is restored as it should be Thank you very much indeed Please keep the customer support going

I had Green Pulse install more panels

I had Green Pulse install more panels and another battery The Installation went without a problem however after two weeks the inverter developed a fault I has taken over a month to have the problem fixed this was not the fault of Green Pulse The electrician John after four visits finally got the system working to my satisfaction I can say he was an excellent worker very conscientious and carried out a very neat job

Highly recommend Green Pulse Energy Pete Spink who came to give a quote was knowledgeable and happy to answer as many questions as I had Glen and Johnny who undertook the installation they were respectful of my property tidied up any mess and were informing me of what they were doing along the way This was a company who did what they were going to do in the timeframe that they quoted I would recommend Green Pulse Energy to anyone who is thinking about solar

Solar panel and battery installation

The sales rep Ben fitted me in and did not try a hard sell but laid out clearly what solar panels could do and what was appropriate to my household and property He provided extensive written material laying all this out in terms I could understand The installation happened within the lead in time quoted despite my battery being fitted at a slightly later date All the the fitters and electricians were polite efficient and amenable Highly recommend

We contacted Green Pulse Energy regarding our Inverter From the word go they were really helpful Dave the Electrician came within a couple of days New Inverter installed so all up and running A really nice guy Very efficient and pleasant Thank you to you all for your help and assistance We could certainly recommend this company

Contacted Green Pulse when my solar panels stopped working david arrived promptly having already phoned to advise he was on his way Polite and efficient he did a thorough check of the system and found some loose connections Within a hour my sytem was working again Would highly recommend

I recently had Green Pulse Energy install netting around my solar panels to combat unwanted dove and pigeon presence My experience was second to none prompt responses to emails timely arrival on site and installer was extremely pleasant polite and efficient He worked quickly and safely and removed any rubbish from site I would recommend 100

Fantastic service from start to finish Stacey booked us in very quickly to have our solar panels bird proofed when birds started trying to build nests The fitter was due at 8am but was already up his ladder by 7 50am No scaffolding no fuss just very prompt and efficient installation of the wire mesh 10 Panels done within the hour Very highly recommended 5
