Green pulse energy installed our solar panel system in August They installed 12 panels battery solar iboost inverter and bird proofing within half a day Scaffolding was down within 3 weeks Very efficient and professional staff Staff showed us how the system worked and we re happy to answer any questions we had We went with green pulse energy as they were the most knowledgeable and competitively priced installer They did not add on costs like Solar Together did Would highly recommend Green Pulse Energy

Having searched for a company to quote for and install a solar microgeneration system I chose Green Pulse Energy From start to finish the company worked diligently to find out what would be best for us and the energy needs of our home The system we have is working perfectly for us - supplying and storing electricity charging the EV and heating water when there is excess solar energy Combined with an Octopus Energy ECO7 tariff and a export tariff that comes into its own in the summer months two years on the microgeneration system is working as well as when it was first installed and still saving money Another reason why I m glad I chose Green Pulse Energy because the customer care and post-installation support has been great It is a significant investment to make and it s good to know that there is support should you need it I m thinking of adding 5kW more home battery storage to the system and I wouldn t look elsewhere because I m confident in the expertise and trustworthiness of this company

Problem with Solar Installation 9 years old Generation erratic after heavy rain Problem diagnosed with water ingress to connectors on the roof Problem was expertly fixed by Daryl who also replaced some broken tiles and cleaned out the gutter whilst the scaffold was in place Many thanks to Steve and Paul for organising it all and the scaffold team C Evans for their hard work and good humour in the rain

Thank you so much I changed WiFi suppliers and my Solis would not connect despite several tries and an electrician Along came Richard King and he was amazingly helpful and after struggling for a long time we got the plant linked again He was kind efficient and got it working I am most grateful

GreenPulse provided a first class installation and service Their communication was good and their price was competitive Following the installation there were issues with the Inverter that required their support to push the manufacturer to fix the issue I have nothing but praise for what they did as they made additional visits to site to assist in the proving to the manufacturer that it was the manufacturer s issue to fix This has now been resolved
