Had a good experience with Grover I rented a nice steering wheel It was brand new Packaging and everything was really great Reached in time Unfortunately I had to return the product as it was not suitable for my PC Though the support team is bit difficult to reach they have helped me to resolve my issue and accepted returns Thank you I ll recommend Grover and try again new tech soon

The app was very easy to use and find the tech I was looking for and the communication on shipping was consistently up to date My first order was a PS5 and it not only arrived in a timely manner but was a brand new system Very pleased with Grover and will certainly use the service for future tech

I really loved the experience of being able to rent an Xbox for my son He I have already referred others to Grover and told them how easy the process is The only thing that I would suggest the company changes is live support I would love to be able to talk with someone over the phone I believe by talking to someone it would allow future customers to feel more comfortable about buying from the company For instance I had a special coupon that I was trying to use for my first down payment which was 50 off I was unable to use it for some odd reason and I didn t have anyone to talk to about it so I missed out on my coupon and it was kind of upsetting The delivery was very fast I would like to know if all of our payments could go to purchase of the Xbox which would be wonderful to speak to someone about

Ordered on a Friday got approved and even with the holiday weekend received my items by Tuesday Fast turnaround and items came well packaged and were in great shape Got a Nintendo Switch and a PS5 controller
